The Proposed Budget for the fiscal year 2026 for the Township of Harborcreek, County of Erie, has been prepared and is open for inspection at 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA, beginning Monday, November 17, 2025.  The Final Budget will be adopted at a meeting of the Board of Supervisors held on December 17, 2025 at 5:00 P.M.

The following is a Summary of the expenditures of the Township General Fund:

General Government                $ 1,063,579

Public Safety                               $    230,000

Highways, Roads, Street         $ 1,961,714

Culture and Recreation            $    387,000

Miscellaneous/Insurance         $ 1,584,007

In addition, State Liquid Fuels/County Aid Fund will expend $1,296,000 on Highways.  The total proposed Expenditures for the year 2026 are $6,522,300.
