Recycling
Waste Management under a municipal waste and recycling contract currently provides recycling collection to residents of Harborcreek Township.

New Residents
New resident of Harborcreek? You must setup your trash service with WM and request to receive your trash and recycling toters. You can visit the township building at 5601 Buffalo Road weekdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm to receive a new resident packet which inludes an instruction sheet and collection schedule by day-of-the-week / street.
Collection of Recyclable Materials by Waste Management
No automobile parts will be accepted for curbside pickup (recycling or trash) or using WM’s At Your Door Special Collection®. For example: mufflers, disk brakes, and exhaust manifolds. These items can be brought to a local scrap yard.
Recyclables are collected weekly on your regularly scheduled trash collection day. For more information on what is considered acceptable or unacceptable recyclables, read the instruction poster.

Members of the Community come together to enjoy local events, but in the process a large amount of waste is generated, much of it is recyclable. Lets all do our part & recycle!!

Erie County Recycling Program
The Erie County Recycling Program sponsors Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Collection events, operated by Noble Environmental Specialty Recycling. The collections are open to all Erie County residents. See details on the county web site at
