Sealed proposals will be received by Harborcreek Township, at the Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, Pennsylvania 16421, until 9:00 a.m., April 6, 2022 for the lease of the fruitstand, located at 5661 Buffalo Road, being part of the Blanchfield homestead, and, historically, having been operated as a fruit and produce stand, with said lease term to begin May 22, 2022 (or earlier at Lessee’s option) and terminate October 31, 2022.  Bids will be opened and the successful responsible bidder will be announced at the regular meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at the Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA 16421.  Please note that the minimum bid must be at least $125.00 per week.  Successful bidder will be obligated to execute a written lease document, a copy of which is available for inspection and review during regular business hours at the Township Municipal Building, or can be requested by calling the Township during those same hours at (814) 899-3171.  THE TOWNSHIP SPECIFICALLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS RECEIVED.  The proposals must be in the form provided by the Township and sealed in an envelope marked with “Request for Proposal to Lease Fruit and Produce Stand at 5661 Buffalo Road.”
