Use this form to MAKE A RESERVATION for the park / pavilion on the date you are requesting. Once the Harborcreek Parks Coordinator confirms your information you will receive a contract containing payment information at the email address you provided (check your spam folder). In order to ensure your date is held, this contract along with all applicable fees must be returned to the township on or before the due date / day printed on the contract. Generally this grace period to pay is 10 business days from the date you submit this request but ultimately must be paid BEFORE YOUR EVENT.

Requests made on the weekend / holiday will be processed the next business day. Regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
